Videoing Board Meetings

To help the public understand community media, we are going to video the SMC/MCTV15 board meetings and present them on channel 15. Communities become much more involved in local media when they are allowed access into the actual process of the operation. To begin to understand the various complexities of public access media production and management, as well as the interactions with city and county governments, viewing the actual MCTV15 board meetings begins to present information that gives local station viewers the insights needed to become involved in their community television.

Therefore it is my plan to produce these meetings as MCTV15 programming. This is an invitation to those in the MCTV15 community who want to take part in board meetings and be part of the production to contact me about taking part in this media adventure.
