PROCEDURE FOR MAKING LABELS FOR DVD'S

1.Open Adobe Photoshop Elements on Editing Computer
(task bar)
2.Select the Edit/Enhance Photos Icon (in the middle)
3.Open - Neato DVD.copy to make labels for DVD copies or
- Neato DVD.master to make labels for original shoots
To do this :
Select File on the menu bar – (then in drop down menu) - Open Recently Edited File
(then in drop down menu) select either Neato DVD.copy or Neato DVD.master)

For Neato DVD.copy:
1. Select T – (Horizontal Type Tool) – from tool box
2. Click with mouse in text area to be edited (will underline)
(to zoom in on the text use the second tool down in the tool box – the magnifying glass, make sure it's a + sign and click on the area you want magnified)
3. Erase the old text and replace with new text(DVD copies need the name of the show, the date only and the producer )
4. Save in tick box on toolbar top right
5. When prompted click OK to replace file
6. See Print info below

For Neato DVD.master:

Print:
1.Load Neato Labels into printer upside down (with the arrows pointing in and the labels facing away from you.
2.Line up the paper with the paper alignment arm
3.Select the Printer icon on the Neato Tool Bar and select print on the print preview pane
(Sometimes a message will pop up that says “some cropping will occur” just hit ok) Select "KIRK" printer

NOTE: The label sheet should only go through the printer once, so always print 2 labels at once, even if only one has show information on it.
