Computer Systems
MCTV15 operates a number of computer systems in order to provide it's administrative and operational services. These computers are connected on an Intranet and are available via secure remote access via the Internet. On networks each computer must have it's own name. Computer Names are assigned my the Technical Director.

The following computers are used at MCTV 15:
- TriCaster - Video Effects ( inc. Character generator );
- Kirk - Office system;
- Spock - Video editing system;
- Scotty - Live production system;
- Uhura - New on-cable media server;
- McCoy - Backup media server housed at 216 Rockfellow;
- Sulu - Data and communications server and Leightronics (miniT Pro);
- Chekov - Streaming server;
- Picard - Presentation laptop;
- Riker - Quad core video editing system
- Name for network - COS laptop with live titling capabilities interface with Tricaster.
Systems that have been retired:
- MediaServer - Original media server ( burned up );
- MediaServer2 - Borrowed from and returned to Northland.
